She Considers A Field - March

We burned our field in March to check the weeds, enrich the soil, and encourage new growth. Anticipating our neighbor Soren’s wedding, we offered our field as a place to park cars for the reception in June. Burning in March gave the field time to become lush and mown for the celebration. I loved the rich dark value of the char against the new green growth on the fir tree. March is a happening time!
