Pairs Well With Red

Challenged to "paint a pumpkin in Plein Air", I selected my favorite sage green Cinderella type pumpkin and arranged a still life.  When I added the red mums, the title ,"Pairs Well With Red" got added as well.  I just love how this piece captures the warmth of the sun on one of the last days of fall; I loved sitting in the sunshine on my front porch to paint this one!
